Returns & Refund
We want every Noor Naksha order to arrive as confirmed. Because many items are custom or made to order, return eligibility depends on the type of order and the reason for the request.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
Custom & Personalised Products
Custom, personalised, made-to-size or made-to-order products are produced for a specific customer and generally cannot be returned for a simple change of mind. This does not limit a valid claim for damage, defect or an order that does not match the confirmed specification.
Return Condition
When a return is approved, the item should be kept in the condition in which it was received, together with the supplied accessories or parts where applicable. Please follow the return instructions provided by our team before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the claim or returned item has been reviewed. The available refund method and processing time can depend on the original payment method and the payment service involved.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as early as possible. For custom orders, requested changes may not be possible once production has started and may affect price or delivery timing.
