We carefully prepare Noor Naksha orders for delivery across Bangladesh. The information below explains how dispatch, delivery charges and delivery timing are handled.
Order Processing
Ready-stock items are prepared for dispatch after the order is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order products require production time before dispatch. If an order needs additional confirmation, our team may contact you using the phone or email provided at checkout.
Delivery Areas
We offer delivery across Bangladesh through available courier and delivery partners. Service availability can vary by destination, product size and courier coverage.
Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch when special handling is required. Large, fragile or custom-sized items may need a different delivery method or additional handling charge.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on whether the item is ready-stock or custom-made, the destination and courier conditions. Any production estimate for a custom order is separate from courier transit time.
Packaging & Receiving Your Order
Products are packed with care to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Please check the package and product promptly after delivery. If there is visible damage or an order issue, contact us as soon as practical with your order details and supporting photos when available.
